This document sets out all the rules, rights and responsibilities for using the bji666 platform. Please read it in full.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the authority operating the bji666 platform and any user of the platform. By creating an account on bji666 or using the platform, you are considered to have unconditionally accepted all of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1. Definitions and Interpretations

The following words are used with the following meanings in this document:

"Platform" means the bji666 website, application and all services connected to it.
"User" or "You" means any person who has registered on the platform or is using its services.
"Account" means the personal profile created through registration.
"Bonus" means any promotional offer, credit or reward provided by bji666.
"Real Money" means actual Bangladeshi Taka deposited by the user.
"Authority" means the company operating bji666.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account on bji666 and use any service on the platform, the user must be at least 21 years of age as required under applicable law in Bangladesh. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Important: bji666 may request proof of age verification at any time. If the proof is not satisfactory, the account may be suspended or closed.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household or IP address will be considered a violation of the rules and all associated accounts may be closed.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

Users are required to provide complete, accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. If false or misleading information is provided, the authority reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any remaining balance.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. You will be held responsible for all activities carried out through your account, including unauthorized access by third parties.

Do not share your account details with anyone.
If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
Use a strong password and change it regularly.
Always log out after using a public or shared device.

4. Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on bji666: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

When making a deposit, the user must use a payment account registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. This time may increase slightly if urgent verification is required.

Note: Completing the verification process before submitting a withdrawal request is mandatory. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts may be declined.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

bji666 is committed to preventing money laundering at all times. The authority reserves the right to investigate any suspicious financial activity and to notify the relevant authorities if necessary. If an unusual transaction pattern is identified, the account may be temporarily suspended.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will give a bonus of ৳1,200 and a total balance of ৳2,200; depositing ৳10,000 or more will apply a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and the total balance will be ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses must meet a 15x wagering requirement before withdrawal. This means you must wager an amount equal to 15 times the bonus received. For example, receiving a bonus of ৳1,200 requires ৳18,000 in wagering to be completed.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

Bonuses may only be used for real money wagering.
Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the authority explicitly permits it.
If bonus abuse or manipulation is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
The authority reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel previously offered bonus promotions.
Each promotion has its own validity period — if wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus will be removed.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

bji666 is committed to ensuring a fair and balanced gaming environment for all users. Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and if identified will result in the account being closed:

Playing or placing bets with the help of software, bots, scripts or any automation tools.
Creating artificial betting patterns for the purpose of bonus manipulation.
Attempting to defraud the system by operating accounts as a group.
Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform.
Threatening, intimidating or harassing other users.
Operating an account under a false identity.

If any fraudulent activity is identified by any means, the authority reserves the right to forfeit the full balance and any earned bonuses of the associated account.

7. VIP Program and Cashback

The bji666 VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's activity and contribution. Separate wagering conditions may apply to each cashback. The authority reserves the right to modify or update VIP benefits.

8. Responsible Gambling

bji666 is firmly committed to responsible gambling. This platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Users should be aware that:

There is a risk of financial loss when gambling.
You should not bet more than you can afford to lose.
If signs of addiction appear, use the self-exclusion feature.

The authority reserves the right to place restrictions on any user's account if it appears that the user is engaging in harmful gambling behaviour.

9. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content published on the bji666 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, code, game interfaces and other elements — is the intellectual property of the authority or its licensors. You:

may not copy, distribute or modify any content from the platform without permission.
may not use any part of the platform for commercial purposes.
may not attempt reverse engineering or extraction of source code.

10. Limitation of Liability

The bji666 authority will not accept any liability in the following circumstances:

Any loss caused by disruption to the user's internet connection.
Third-party services or technical errors.
Security breaches on the user's own device.
Losses resulting from unauthorized use of account information.
Temporary unavailability of the platform or maintenance downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in any circumstances the total liability of the authority will not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the last 30 days.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Account Closure and Suspension

12.1 Closure by User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Any valid balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

12.2 Suspension or Closure by Authority

The authority reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

Violation of these Terms.
Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
Provision of false or incomplete information.
Failure to meet the age requirement.
Security risks or technical reasons.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. Our team provides assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat. We will endeavour to resolve any complaint within a reasonable time.

If a resolution cannot be reached through direct contact with us, the dispute may be settled through the relevant appropriate authority. Both parties agree to give preference to a peaceful and legal process.

14. Changes to Terms

The bji666 authority reserves the right to modify, amend or update these Terms at any time. A notice will be provided on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Applicable Law

Applicable law will govern the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms. Both parties agree to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts. If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
